Rachetée l’an dernier par Broadcom, la société imposait une nouvelle grille tarifaire agressive avant la fin d’un contrat de 1,5 million d’euros courant jusqu’au 27 octobre. Finalement, un accord a été trouvé entre les partis et Servier s’est désisté de sa plainte le 19 juillet dernier.
