Un robot humanoïde vendu au prix d’un smartphone haut de gamme ? C’est l'annonce choc de Noetix Robotics, une jeune start-up chinoise qui fait beaucoup parler d’elle avec Bumi, son petit compagnon à 9.998 yuans (environ 1.200 euros). Ni gadget ni machine industrielle, Bumi veut surtout apprendre, discuter et amuser la galerie sans ruiner son propriétaire.

On dirait un croisement entre Optimus Prime et… un drone de livraison. Le California Institute of Technology (Caltech) a dévoilé un robot hybride capable de marcher, de rouler et même de voler. Ce robot inédit, baptisé X1, associe un humanoïde et un drone transformable qui ont été conçus pour coopérer sur tous les terrains.
