The Sunlu S1 is ok, it's not great though. I modified mine to make it way more efficient.

Fan blades should be printed with very small nozzle and small layer height. I used a 0.2mm.
You could try 0.4mm but you may need to do some clean up after to get a smooth operation.
I also printed in PETG but there is no reason why other plastics wouldn't work. Print the blades upright on their end with a good brim for adhesion and go slow.
Other parts can be printed quicker with less worry.
